Since the introduction of the Honda Accord, its most serious competitors have been the Toyota Camry and the Nissan Altima. After a complete redesign last year, the Accord carries over almost unchanged for 2009. The Camry is luxurious, the Altima is considered more sporty, while the Accord is considered comfortable or somewhat between the two. However, the Toyota Camry gives the toughest competition to the Accord. Here is a comparison of both the cars:

The destination charge of both Accord and Camry is almost same. At gas mileage front, the Toyota Camry scores over the Honda Accord. And regarding MSRP, the Toyota Camry costs significantly less than the Honda Accord. - Utility
Well, the Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry can accommodate the same number of passengers. - Convenience
The Honda Accord's fuel tank will need to be refilled more often than the tank in the Camry. - Comfort

The Toyota Camry feels somewhat slow because of its high horsepower-to-weight ratio compared to the Honda Accord. The Accord's low horsepower-to-weight ratio would knock you back into your seat when you accelerate. - Handling
