2009 Honda Element- Trim Levels & Options

The 2009 Honda Element is offered in three trim levels, ranging from the rugged and simple Element LX, to the more refined Element EX, to the sporty Element SC. Both base LX and EX trims are available with either front-wheel or four-wheel drive, while sportier SC trim comes only with front-wheel drive. All Elements are powered by a 2.4-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine, which is paired up with a standard five-speed manual transmission or an available five-speed automatic transmission. Here is a brief description of the three trims of the 2009 Element:
- The 2009 Honda Element LX:
New Element LX comes with power windows, locks and mirrors; cruise control; remote keyless entry; air conditioning; tilt steering column; cloth upholstery with water-resistant front seats; height-adjustable driver's seat; 4-speaker, 120-watt AM/FM/CD stereo; numerous storage bins, beverage holders and cargo hooks; and P215/70R16 tires on steel wheels with wheel covers. - The 2009 Honda Element EX:
EX trim adds 7-speaker, 270-watt audio system with MP3-capable CD player; XM satellite radio; steering wheel audio controls; outside temperature gauge; center console with removable cooler; driver and front passenger fold-down armrests; modular overhead storage compartments; additional storage bins; and alloy wheels. - The 2009 Honda Element SC:
The sportier SC trim further adds full passenger-area carpeting; a unique center console with storage, piano black trim pieces & fabrics and patterns; a lowered and sport-tuned suspension; "Street Custom" exterior styling with P225/55R18 tires on unique alloy wheels; an "aero" grille; and projector-beam headlamps.
Available features of the new EX and SC models include the Honda Satellite-linked Navigation System2 with voice activation and a rearview camera (automatic transmission-equipped models only); USB digital media connectivity; and improved overhead console storage areas with modular compartments.
